The partner’s cards for Carter Hood Architects have arrived, displaying personal images chosen by them, overlaid with basic details that are positioned in relation to where their surname sits within the identity’s logotype.
A full suite of digital stationery and document templates have also been produced.

With Ark Atelier’s fitout for Lightspace Studios nearing completion, The Letter D was asked to develop a leasing promo.

While creating the full signage suite for Lightspace a block typeface presented itself within the exposed blockwork walls onsite, which we’ve used as a bold contrast to the tubular identity, drawn in Font Route.
Using FontStruct’s engine Font Theo Fine’s upper-case was altered, bevelling the corners of each block, with various symbols revised and the toilet pictograms added.
The typeface has so far been used on the Lightspace website and various collateral.

A suite of business cards and postcards have been produced for Doree Mending, cropping the original advertising posters on one side with a ribbon detail tying the old to the new.

Martin Spinks was looking to setup his own development firm and asked The Letter D to develop the name and identity suite.
Spinks & Co was chosen to take advantage of the distinctive sound of the founder’s name, with a rework of the typeface Georgia to emphasise both the sound and his approach – sharp.

While creating the small 16 x 16 pixel favicon ‘D’ for Doree Mending’s website we decided to have a bit of fun and build all five letters of the script-based logotype, at this scale, to see if their identity could remain intact…

A dynamic scrolling website has been developed for Doree Mending, providing glimpses of their various advertising posters from the 1930s/40s between each section of information – almost like a mini museum tour – to celebrate their 75 year history as a local Brisbane icon.
A 75 year anniversary symbol was also created, to be applied across all collateral in 2009.
