Fine Print was after an entry mural for their warehouse lane and after realising there were 26 units, or blocks, that make up the reverse ‘F’ logo, an alphabet was too good to pass up.
The Letter D got hands-on and painted the 5m high mural, utilising a variety of wooden type available for loan from Fine Print’s library.

Charmhealth, a software company specialising in the health informatics field, approached The Letter D to assist in the user interface design for their suite of software products, soon to be trialled in a number of hospitals.
A colour and format direction has been developed for the interface, including a family of icons to be used throughout, with printed promotional collateral also underway.

The State Library of Queensland’s book is now in the final stages of production. With the working title The ABC of SLQ, The Letter D photographed elements of the building’s architecture to form the 26 chapter intros – detailing each letter of the alphabet.

Michael Reid asked The Letter D to develop an iPhone/iPod Application, allowing users to browse the current exhibitions, review art education programs and locate the galleries.
So while the App undergoes Apple’s review process, a web preview has been developed.
